Summary

Responsible for managing merchandise rotation and warehouse organization to ensure products are ready for the sales floor and special areas. Supports the Stock Manager with warehouse operations, product safety and tracking, and assists sales staff to maximize sales.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise following corporate procedures
- Check and prepare product for the sales floor and special areas
- Ensure the safety and security of products and valuable material during handling
- Track product flow through the SAP system
- Maintain order in the warehouse according to corporate standards
- Process returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries following guidelines and deadlines
- Order packaging materials according to store needs

Requirements

- Previous working experience in a similar role
- Experience in the luxury retail sector preferred
- High affinity for luxury products and robust sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
