Our client, a prominent retail and commercial Real Estate developer, is hiring for a new Executive Assistant. The role supports a dynamic and respected Sr. VP and also provides executive level support to their in-house lawyer. The role does not involve legal work. To be successful in the role, you will use your previous 8-10 years of similar executive-level support as you manage extensive organizing, planning, and collaborating across the entire firm and with outside stakeholders. Fluency in all MS Office applications, and strong written and oral communication are essential. The leadership team is seeking a person who has a high degree of discretion, positive judgement, and confidence to make things happen. This is a vacancy for an existing position. The role is fully on-site. Salary range is 90-100K plus bonus, and offers fully paid Group Health benefits, RRSP plan, tuition reimbursement, stock share plan and wellness spending account.
