About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Client Care and Experience to provide operational leadership across its various service portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and person-centered services that align with the organization's priorities and regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in translating the client care strategy into operational execution, driving consistency, innovation, and measurable outcomes. The Vice President will also be tasked with strategic leadership, people management, and strengthening coordinated care delivery. A key aspect of the role is to advance client experience standards,



support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure that client care operations are prepared to meet emerging needs in the health, housing, and social services sectors.

Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 10 years' of related experience, with at least 5 years' in senior leadership within a community or health care setting. A Master's degree in a regulated health or social service profession is required, along with current registration in good standing with a recognized regulatory college. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the social and health services field, including relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, and experience in supervising senior-level staff. Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills are essential, as is a demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. The role demands a collaborative, mission-centered leader with a clear vision for service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
