In this role, you will act as a key contact for Managing General Agencies and National Accounts, effectively addressing complex issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Key Accounts and Tier 1-3 MGAs/NAs relationships
• Serve as an escalation point for unresolved distributor inquiries




• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
• Proactively communicate changes in programs and processes
• Conduct training sessions on tools and processes
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Financial Services with a focus on relationships
• Experience in the Canadian Insurance industry
• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Understanding of segregated fund products and operations
