In this full-time continuing role, the Associate Dean will oversee curriculum development and support faculty and staff in a collaborative environment. You will manage operational plans while promoting a learner-centered approach to enhance student success at the Centre for Trades and Technologies.

• Develop and maintain curriculum standards across the Centre • Manage faculty and staff resources effectively • Oversee operational plans for academic programming • Implement innovative solutions for educational challenges • Support recent program initiatives and proposals

Requirements: • Master’s degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience • Proven experience in higher education program planning • Leadership skills in supervising faculty and staff • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Commitment to fostering learner-centered environments
