What This Role Looks Like

You’ll be speaking directly with families who are already eligible for benefits, helping them understand what’s available and how it works. It’s a remote role where your ability to connect with people and communicate clearly makes all the difference.

- Host virtual meetings with clients to walk through their benefits
- Keep everything organized and properly documented
- Stay connected with clients over time,



not just one conversation
- Work with your team to keep things running smoothly and efficiently

Who This Works Well For

Basic Requirements:

- Must be authorized to work in Canada
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Any experience working with people (customer service, admin, etc.) is a bonus
