10+ years’ experience with SAP Payroll on‑premise (ECC) and/or ECP in recent years 10+ years experience in BA/project management capacity Experience with SAP Support Pack testing and year‑end payroll processes Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end payroll troubleshooting (calculations, DME, integrations) Solid understanding of Canadian payroll tax and CRA compliance Proficiency in MS Excel In‑depth knowledge of replication from Employee Central to SAP Payroll Nice‑To‑Have Skills





Knowledge of the replication process from Employee Central to SAP Payroll Certification in HCM Payroll or Employee Central Payroll is an asset Strong knowledge of financial processes Knowledge of HRIS systems and practices is preferred Soft Skills

Solid ability to read and interpret payroll schemas Excellent communication skills with ability to produce clear documentation Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams Degrees or Certifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required Certified in SAP HCM is a plus Seniority Level
