In this pivotal role as Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive maintenance of facilities, infrastructure, and grounds within the RV park. The position requires developing and executing preventative maintenance strategies while managing a dedicated team. You will also control budgets and undertake project management to deliver high-quality results aligned with Nch'kay’s cultural and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement preventative maintenance programs
• Supervise and mentor the maintenance team




• Maintain park via effective budget and contract control
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Oversee successful capital projects from start to finish
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in maintenance management
• Background in RV parks or hospitality environments
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience
• Previous labour or equipment operation experience
• Asset: experience with First Nations sectors
