Key Responsibilities: • Manage all claims litigation tasks, from referral to closure • Collaborate with Claims team for efficient resolutions • Mentor junior legal staff and provide training • Identify legal process improvements • Represent CGL in legal proceedings and hearings

Requirements: • 6+ years of experience in insurance law • Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB degree required • Active member of Ontario law society • Strong analytical and communication ability • Detail-oriented with effective negotiation skills
