Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain monthly proformas and budgets
• Liaise with banks and project managers for draw approvals
• Prepare cash flow analysis and track project costs
• Support month-end and year-end financial reports
• Streamline accounting practices and assist with audits
Requirements:
• CPA designation in progress or earned
• Over 5 years in project accounting roles
• Relevant experience in construction or development accounting
