This position at Zymeworks requires an adept Manager of Financial Reporting to lead financial filing processes. You will engage in drafting disclosures, coordinating XBRL reviews, and supporting acquisition-related transactions. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate SEC filing process for 10-Q, 10-K documents

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA necessary
• 6-8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting
• Proficient in SEC reporting and US GAAP
