Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for Program Director(s)




• Assist with rotation scheduling and learner support
• Conduct learner assessments and faculty evaluations
• Organize meetings and special events
• Manage Canadian Resident Matching Service (CaRMS) coordination
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary diploma in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
• Experience in medical education is an asset
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
