In this role, you'll cultivate a safe, fun atmosphere while catering to each child's unique needs in skill enhancement. Lead and inspire fellow coaches, manage schedules effectively, and ensure that equipment is ready for each session. Consistent attendance at program meetings will contribute to ongoing improvements and alignment with safety standards.

Requirements:
• Enthusiastic about soccer and youth development
• Required valid vulnerable sector check
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Available Sunday through Thursday evenings
