As part of our Victoria Auto Service Centre team, you will be to communicating with customers to understand their automotive needs and providing them with the best advice and services. Your role requires a mix of technical knowledge and exceptional customer care to support productive service delivery and high satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check in customers and assess their service needs
• Coordinate and schedule vehicle service appointments
• Generate repair estimates and conduct follow-ups
• Recommend maintenance services based on customer needs
• Collaborate with technicians to facilitate repairs
Requirements:
• At least two years of related automotive experience
• Completed Grade 12 education
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Valid Class 7 or better BC Driver’s License
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
