As an ECG Assistant with Vancouver Coastal Health you will:

- Performs Electrocardiogram (ECG) testing and equipment maintenance.
- Provide test information to appropriate medical staff member for interpretation.
- Ensure equipment is functioning and supply inventory is sustained to appropriate levels.
- Perform related duties such as booking patient appointments, maintaining billing records and keeping statistics as required.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

- Grade 12 plus one (1) year's recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to deal with others effectively.
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
- Ability to organize work.
- Ability to operate related equipment.
- Ability to keyboard.

The hours of work including days off and work area may be subject to change consistent with operational requirements and the provision of the Collective Agreement and applicable statutes.
