In this impactful position, you will provide vital support to Chief & Council by coordinating intergovernmental efforts. From facilitating meetings to assisting in community event planning, your administrative prowess will uphold the governance and well-being of Vuntut Gwitchin Citizens.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize meetings with federal, territorial, and First Nations governments
• Deliver strategic administrative support for governance matters
• Plan and execute key community and intergovernmental events




• Develop communication strategies with various stakeholders
• Track budgets for intergovernmental initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in political science or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of related experience in governance
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and records management
• Experience in drafting official documents and briefings
• Familiarity with Vuntut Gwitchin governance agreements is a plus
