Reporting to the Manager of Maintenance, you'll play a pivotal role in the Richmond School District, one of British Columbia’s largest districts. As an HVAC Technician, you will conduct comprehensive servicing of heating and ventilation systems while working independently and liaising with HVAC Technician A for complex tasks. Your contributions will enhance the quality of education by providing a dependable and protected atmosphere for the students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct HVAC installations and service for commercial systems
• Perform repairs and ensure optimal system functionality




• Work independently on HVAC tasks and upgrades
• Collaborate for Class A gas fitting work oversight
• Maintain compliance with safety and technical standards
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent plus relevant certifications
• Two years of experience at journeyman-level in HVAC
• Class 'B' gas License with electrical endorsement
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
• Submission of qualifications needed for application
