Take on a fulfilling role at Fraser Mustard Early Learning Centre as an Early Childhood Assistant. This on-site, flexible position supports the developmental programs of children in a safe workplace.
We are looking for an Early Childhood Assistant for a floater role on an 18-month contract. You will contribute 25 hours per week, working under the direction of the RECE, and participate in daily activities that enhance children’s learning experiences. Flexibility to work with all age groups is essential, reflecting the needs of our Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise children to ensure a safe environment
• Conduct consistent headcounts during transitions
• Assist RECE in program activity preparations
• Facilitate positive interactions with parents and children
• Keep classroom organized and safe at all times
Requirements:
• Early Childhood Assistant certificate or relevant experience
• Current Standard First Aid Certificate
• Strong ability to build relationships with families
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Respect and understanding of diverse communities
Contribute to children's growth and learning in a supportive setting at Fraser Mustard ELC.
