This full-time, permanent position allows you to implement flexible scheduling in Scarborough. You'll conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and share essential information with clients and caregivers. Our clinic’s culture encourages diversity and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients with in-home evaluations and reports
• Create and maintain tailored treatment plans
• Provide ongoing occupational therapy interventions
• Ensure accurate clinical record keeping
• Work collaboratively on insurance claims submissions
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (MScOT)
• Good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• MVA experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable transportation is essential
