Juno Veterinary is searching for a passionate leader with a deep understanding of multi-unit operations. This critical role involves overseeing financial performance, driving team development, and fostering a supportive culture within our clinics. You'll collaborate closely with Practice Managers and the National Medical Director to ensure excellence in veterinary care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own performance across Juno's Lower Mainland clinics
• Identify operational gaps and advocate for impactful solutions
• Manage P&L; for clinic fleet with Practice Managers




• Support recent clinic openings operationally and through recruitment
• Report performance trends to Clinic Support Centre
Requirements:
• 5–10+ years leading managers in healthcare or veterinary settings
• Robust P&L; understanding and operational efficiency
• Proven relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Genuine interest in veterinary medicine or clinical care
