Deslaurier Custom Cabinets seeks an Experienced Kitchen Designer for our Burlington showroom. This position offers a unique chance to lead our expansion into the Greater Toronto Area.
As the first designer in this location, your role is critical in establishing our market presence and delivering quality craftsmanship. You'll manage client interactions, from initial consultations to final designs, utilizing 2020 Design software to produce exceptional cabinetry layouts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a personal portfolio of clients
• Lead the design process from consultation through to closing
• Create cabinetry layouts in 2020 Design that meet client needs
• Measure sites and evaluate field conditions for accuracy
• Cultivate strong client relationships generating referrals
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in design and consultative sales
• 2+ years with 2020 Design and cabinetry expertise
• Solid organizational skills and detail orientation
• Independent work style with a collaborative spirit
• Relevant Interior Design diploma/degree or equivalent experience
