About the Role

The Company is seeking an Interim Executive Director to provide strong, values-driven leadership and operational management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall stewardship of the organization, ensuring the effective delivery of programs and services that empower single parents. This hands-on role involves balancing day-to-day management with external relationship building, fundraising, and organizational oversight. The Interim Executive Director will be the public face of the organization, fostering trust among partners, donors, and the community, and will work closely with the Board of Directors to support governance and strategic decision-making.





Key responsibilities for the Interim Executive Director include strategic leadership aligned with the organization's mission, operational management across all functions, and the development of cooperative partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, with a strong background in organizational leadership, business management, and financial oversight. Experience in budgeting, fundraising, and donor relations is essential, as is the ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and a commitment to community impact and social responsibility. A CPA designation and experience in private sector or entrepreneurial environments are considered assets.
