Stantec is looking for an Intermediate Project Controller to support its Energy & Resources team. You will be responsible for maintaining cost baselines, conducting variance analyses, and delivering detailed forecasts. Collaborating closely with project teams, you’ll drive project execution and risk management strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and oversee project cost baselines from initiation to closure
• Collaborate with teams to validate cost data for accuracy
• Analyze EVM metrics and prepare executive-level reports




• Facilitate stakeholder meetings on cost status and trends
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project controls practices
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Project Management or Engineering
• 5–8 years in project controls with a focus on energy-related projects
• Advanced MS Excel skills and knowledge of cost tools
• Proficient in earned value management and forecasting
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
