We are seeking entry-level benefits specialists who will be responsible for explaining clients permanent benefits they are entitled to through the labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales, work well with a team and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Robust verbal and oral communication skills

- Build and maintain client relationships

- Engage with clients via phone and zoom to explain our permanent products and benefits

- Complete necessary documentation in a timely manner to meet company standards

- Proficiency with Zoom

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
- Education requirements: High school Diploma





- Experience working in a team environment or in position of leadership

Preferred Qualifications

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Zoom Platform
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
