This position reports to the Manager, Purchasing, focusing on developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align with educational needs. You will lead a team in executing procurement policies and assure compliance while effectively managing supplier relationships. Your strategic insight will position Surrey Schools to achieve its operational and financial goals through innovation and cost-efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement sourcing strategies across various categories
• Supervise sourcing team for best practices and compliance




• Lead market analysis to discover savings opportunities
• Develop performance standards for vendor management
• Oversee procurement projects from start to finish
Requirements:
• At least six years in procurement or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain management preferred
• Solid background in complex procurement processes
• Familiarity with public procurement regulations
• SCMP or equivalent certification is desirable
