You will be responsible for managing member experiences and enhancing sponsor engagement while representing CMBA-BC at various industry events. Your proactive outreach will contribute to the association’s visibility and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives for recruitment and retention of members
• Secure sponsorships for key events and educational programs
• Monitor trends and recommend membership strategies




• Coordinate onboarding and engagement of corporate membership
• Represent CMBA-BC at conferences and industry gatherings
Requirements:
• At least three years of relevant experience in British Columbia's mortgage industry
• Solid networking skills and established professional relationships
• Experience in sponsorship sales and account management
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel regularly
