As a key team member, you will prepare estimates for labor, materials, and general expenses, ensuring all financial projections meet project goals. Your responsibilities will include interacting with engineers and subcontractors and creating precise estimate reports. Familiarity with blueprints and drawings is essential to assess project requirements accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare estimates of labor, materials, and overhead costs
• Read and analyze blueprints for work requirements
• Create financial projections for project management




• Advise on tendering procedures and cost adjustments
• Maintain communication with trade contractors and stakeholders
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant estimating experience
• College/CEGEP background or equivalent experience
• Strong interpretative skills for project documentation
• Proven ability to set up cost monitoring systems
• Effective communication and liaison skills with stakeholders
