As the CAD Platform Manager, you will report to the Director of Client Services, acting as a technical contact between internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain CAD and associated applications
• Provide troubleshooting for clients and dispatch staff
• Plan and execute patches and software upgrades




• Monitor system integrity and manage documentation
• Develop training materials for recent partner agencies
Requirements:
• Degree in relevant field with minimum six years experience
• Experience with critical application management
• Strong communication skills to convey technical issues
• Independent judgment and initiative required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain security clearance
