You will collaborate with the Group Benefits Analyst to address inquiries and resolve issues swiftly. Your responsibilities include presenting detailed renewal reports annually and educating clients on their benefit options while maintaining in-depth product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client relationships to enhance persistency rates
• Answer product and service inquiries for clients
• Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary
• Present renewal and claims reports annually
• Negotiate terms with Insurance Carriers
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in group insurance
• Secondary school completion; GBA/CEBS preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Familiarity with Marketings or RFPs an asset
