This full time, permanent role, reporting to the Director of Asset Protection, Risk and Insurance, is vital for managing and enhancing the Enterprise Business Continuity Program. You will collaborate with leadership to ensure effective continuity, crisis response, and recovery strategies across the organization. Your focus will be on integrating business continuity with organizational priorities and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:



• Ensure continuity plans are integrated and effective • Conduct crisis management simulations and exercises • Facilitate development of resiliency plans and improvements • Partner with units on Business Impact Analyses • Provide metrics and insights on organizational readiness

Requirements: • Minimum 8 years in business continuity • Relevant Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma • Preferred certification in Business Continuity Planning • Experience in crisis response and emergency operations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
