Your expertise will guide employment practices across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legislation in Canada and the U.S. You will act as a consultant to senior leadership while enhancing employee relations and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all HR functions across the organization
• Develop and implement HR policies and employee handbooks




• Advise on employee relations and performance management
• Oversee recruitment processes and enhance onboarding programs
• Analyze HR metrics including turnover and training completion
Requirements:
• 7+ years of HR experience
• Knowledge of BC and Ontario employment laws
• Experience with U.S. employment standards is preferred
• Robust employee relations expertise
• CPHR designation is a plus
