As part of a dedicated team, you will assist with all functions related to Canada Customs compliance while reporting to the Trade Compliance Manager. Your expertise will enhance the firm’s administrative activities associated with imports and exports. Effective interpretation of data and regulations will be vital for assessing compliance risk and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily inquiries regarding imports from internal and external contacts
• Assign classification codes for imported goods and monitor tariff changes




• Resolve operational issues for timely customs clearance
• Analyze trade data and run performance metrics on Customs Brokers
• Conduct audits of Customs entries for compliance accuracy
Requirements:
• College/University Degree, CCS or CTCS preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in compliance
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and Word
• Familiarity with SAP and trade software
