Position Title: Specialist II-IC - Business Consultant - Program Manager

Line of Business: Broadridge Delivery & Governance

Duration: 12 months (Possibility of Extension)

Location: Downtown Toronto (twice a week)

Seeking a Program Manager – Broadridge Delivery & Governance to ensure interests are effectively represented and delivered across all Broadridge-led initiatives. This role will drive accountability, transparency, and execution across projects, changes, and defect remediation, while proactively managing risks, escalations, and stakeholder communication. Success in this role requires solid stakeholder management, and the ability to resolve operational challenges in a timely manner.

Must Haves

- 5+ years in program management delivering across vendor governance and delivery oversight environments
- Proven stakeholder management , communication , and escalation management capabilities to ensure resolution of critical issues
- Demonstrated ability to work independently within complex financial services projects ensuring timely, accurate outcomes
- Strong organizational and coordination skills aligned with structured delivery expectations
- Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice to Have

- Interest in participating in onsite office culture and team engagement

Responsibilities

- Champion priorities by ensuring requirements and timelines are clearly represented and delivered by Broadridge




- Manage and escalate Broadridge service delivery issues to ensure accountability and timely resolution
- Oversee program execution for projects, enhancements, and defect fixes ensuring delivery commitments are met
- Maintain centralized tracking and reporting for Broadridge initiatives highlighting risks and dependencies
- Drive effective escalation and incident management across and Broadridge leadership
- Act as the key liaison bridging internal stakeholders and Broadridge SMEs ensuring consistent communication
- Diagnose and resolve complex operational challenges while informing decision-making through analytical insight
