As a vital member of our team, you will supervise field crews and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate has a solid leadership background, exceptional organizational skills, and at least seven years of on-site electrical experience, ensuring all work is compliant with ESA standards. You'll communicate effectively with various stakeholders and maintain project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise field crews at various job sites
• Plan and execute electrical projects efficiently




• Ensure compliance with ESA standards and safety protocols
• Manage daily site operations, materials, and labor
• Communicate with clients and project coordinators effectively
Requirements:
• 7+ years of electrical field experience
• 309A Construction & Maintenance Electrician License
• Fire Alarm Certification and First Aid Certification
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards
