Store Supervisor – Westlynn Bakery

North Vancouver

Permanent, full‑time; 40 hours per week; $24.25 per hour.

Standard 8‑hour shifts scheduled between 8 am and 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities

- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule day‑to‑day production activities.
- Draw up production schedules.
- Handle daily operations of the bakery department, including budgeting.
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Train workers to perform and follow job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain records of stock, sales, wastage and resolve customer issues.
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

- Secondary school completion required.
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a bakery store or a related area.
- Prior experience in hospitality industry is an asset.
- English language ability required.
- Must be willing to work on the weekend.
