• Prepare and file documents for debt enforcement cases
• Conduct thorough due diligence checks using Teraview
• Manage post-judgment enforcement actions, including garnishments




• Attend Small Claims Court for essential procedural steps
• Liaise with clients, court staff, and enforcement officers
Requirements:
• Member in valuable standing with Law Society of Ontario
• Completion of accredited paralegal program preferred
• 1-3 years of related work experience required
• Proficiency in Teraview and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
