We are looking for a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse at Gateway Lodge. In this role, you will apply the Nursing Process, perform assessments, and deliver quality nursing care. You will work under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor while following the guidelines set by BCCNM and embracing a client-centered care model.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply the Nursing Process for patient assessments
• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients
• Assist in planning and implementing care strategies
• Direct duties of other staff as needed
• Adhere to organizational policies and protocols
Requirements:
• Valid LPN license in British Columbia
• Knowledge of BCCNM standards of practice
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work rotating shifts including days and evenings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
