This position involves championing health, safety, and environmental practices throughout the plant. You will monitor compliance, lead investigations, and ensure all personnel understand emergency protocols. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver impactful training sessions and maintain safety documentation for regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Empower employees to engage in safety performance
• Conduct safety orientations for recent hires
• Monitor safety performance indicators and trends
• Manage workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Safety with 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing HSE performance and programmes
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to facilitate team training and collaboration
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
