Key Responsibilities:
• Process vendor and service providers' invoices
• Review agreements with vendors and service providers
• Monitor fixed assets and company expenditures
• Verify and process contractors’ expense reports
• File and pay taxes accurately
Requirements:
• BS degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum three years of general accounting experience
• Two years of QuickBooks experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
