Full time position within the multidisciplinary family of the Rose Garden Hospice Association (RGHA), reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

Education & Experience

- University Certificate
- 3-5 years experience in community engagement, philanthropy, fundraising, or related field

Responsibilities

- Build meaningful relationships with donors, community partners, volunteers, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement community engagement initiatives to support hospice mission and fundraising goals.
- Plan and execute donor stewardship activities, fundraising campaigns, and special events.
- Increase awareness, strengthen community connections, and generate philanthropic support for hospice programs.
