Reporting to the Supervisor of Service Assurance, you will coordinate Major Incident responses, working closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors. Your solid understanding of ITIL practices and previous experience with incident management will add significant value to Nutrien's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end Major Incident response and drive quick restoration
• Engage with technical and vendor teams during significant incidents
• Make critical decisions promptly to manage escalation processes




• Ensure adherence to incident management standards and SLAs
• Analyze incidents post-resolution to identify improvement opportunities
Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of relevant incident management experience
• Proficient in ITIL best practices and ServiceNow
• Solid communication and planning skills
• Able to manage stress and work independently under pressure
