Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time (32 hours per week)

Salary: $37.10/ hour

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum 2 year to less than 3 years experience needed.
Location: Blanshard St, Victoria, BC V8X 1W3
Main Duties
- Assist users in resolving technical issues with their computer systems, software, or devices.
- Maintain a detailed log of technical issues and resolutions for future reference by the support team.
- Support users with business applications, internet connectivity, and network-related problems.
- Install and configure hardware and software for current or existing employees,
including operating systems, cables, and applications.
- Refer to user manuals, technical guides, and online resources to research and implement effective solutions.
- Offer training and practical guidance to users to help them prevent and address recurring technical problems.
- Assisting in helping other support team members.
- Perform regular backups of the web server and manage recovery procedures when needed.
- Deliver prompt and courteous customer service, ensuring user satisfaction with IT support.
