Food Store Supervisor

Full‑time permanent position, 40 hours per week with compensation of $38 per hour plus performance bonus based on store operations.

Job Duties

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff.
- Assign daily duties and establish work schedules.
- Train new staff and ensure proper food handling and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations.
- Prepare sales, inventory, and staff performance reports.
- Assist management with daily store operations.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year experience in food services.
- Post‑secondary education or food‑service related certificate (asset).
- English required; Vietnamese considered an asset.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and customer‑focused mindset.

Location: 2250 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC.
