Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for desktops and laptops
• Set up and maintain IT user equipment

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
Requirements:
• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• 1-2 years of IT support experience preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Familiarity with printer troubleshooting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
