WSP is looking for an Environmental Scientist to enhance environmental remediation projects in Northern Canada. This role combines field assessments, teamwork, and analytical reporting.
In this position within the Remediation Program Management team, you will coordinate with various technical experts while managing large-scale assessments in complex environments. With 4-6 years of experience, you’ll also play a key role in training junior team members and ensuring high standards in health and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on planning and executing field programs
• Develop Health and Safety plans tailored to project needs
• Mentor junior staff in environmental assessment techniques




• Prepare comprehensive reports with findings and recommendations
• Participate in field assignments during seasonal shifts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or environmental sciences
• 4-6 years of contaminated site assessment experience
• Experience in remote and challenging conditions
• Strong commitment to health and safety practices
• Skilled designation preferred
