In this hybrid role based in Burnaby, BC, you will directly report to the Training Program Manager, collaborating with the Training Coordinator and Videographer. Your responsibilities will include developing a variety of training materials and enhancing the existing program to ensure clarity and accessibility. Identify training needs through interviews and analyze feedback to optimize processes and improve outcomes for LMI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop technical training courses using instructional design methodologies
• Plan courses internationally while owning training workflows
• Create engaging training materials and presentations
• Recommend evolving methods and operational models
• Analyze training metrics for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Experience in Machine Vision industry
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theory
