As part of the Friction Management division, you will be heavily involved in designing and developing systems tailored for the railroad industry. This role demands proficiency in FEA modeling and hands-on validation, while also requiring coordination with stakeholders and detailed documentation processes. You will generate manufacturing drawings to support production alongside quality assurance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create conceptual and detailed designs for train-mounted systems
• Validate designs through rigorous FEA modeling techniques
• Generate technical documentation, including drawings and reports
• Ensure quality assurance during the manufacturing phase
• Interact with clients and coordinate field trials
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• 2-4 years in mechanical and electro-mechanical design
• SolidWorks and CAD modeling proficiency required
• Experience in automation and instrumentation preferred
• Willing to travel up to 25% for job responsibilities
