In this role, you will perform vital nursing duties while ensuring seniors receive personalized care in their homes. The Licensed Practical Nurse position involves four visits weekly, dedicating two hours per appointment to fulfill each client’s specific care plan. Key Responsibilities:
• Visit clients in communities like Port Coquitlam and Maple Ridge
• Execute comprehensive care plans with attention to detail




• Keep accurate records of client health and progress
• Assist in training fellow care team members
• Evaluate and communicate client care needs
Requirements:
• Valid LPN license in British Columbia
• Required experience in wound care and palliative care
• Comfortable using technology and apps
• Up-to-date TB test and criminal record check
• Access to reliable transportation and a Class 5 license
