In this challenging full time position, you will be responsible for managing field maintenance operations while supervising various trades. Your strong background in mobile mining equipment and exceptional communication skills will be vital for enhancing team performance and ensuring timely responses to maintenance calls. You will also collaborate with dispatchers and asset health specialists to drive reliability programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote safety leadership and adherence to regulations
• Supervise trades and drive performance improvements




• Maintain efficient communication with dispatchers
• Triages break-in work and manages requests
• Handle hourly reporting for repairs and equipment status
Requirements:
• Five years of experience with mobile mining equipment
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Previous experience with Grafana or similar tools
• BC Mines Supervisor Certificate is a bonus
