As a Talent Management Consultant reporting to the AVP, you'll manage and support diverse programs including employee development, recognition initiatives, and strategic HR projects. Your ability to coordinate events, work with stakeholders, and oversee recognition platforms will be essential. This role also includes collaborating with global teams to implement talent strategies and ensure optimal performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee online recognition platform management and reporting
• Support iStars recognition events and logistics




• Act as representative for CEO’s Award nominations
• Implement global talent initiatives and training
• Organize team events and manage content on SharePoint
Requirements:
• 3-6 years' experience in Talent Management or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage high-profile events
• Fluency in data analytics for actionable insights
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
